چکیده

This paper describes the development of an integrated intelligent (expert) system and conventional information system to support decision making of a diagnostic decision in a multi-agent environment. It argues that many a priori requirements for the information system can be elicited by accounting for the specific nature of the diagnostic decision and for the single/multiple-actor environment. This finding is generalized to a framework that indicates that a priori requirements take into account the basic theories on which the information system supporting the decision task is ultimately based. In particular, attention is focused on the nature of the task (e.g. diagnostic), whether the application is for a singleor multiple-agent situation and the nature of the multi-agent structure (e.g. product or functional form of organization).

OPTIMAL LOT-SIZING DECISIONS WITH INTEGRATED PURCHASING, MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBLING FOR REMANUFACTURING SYSTEMS

This work applies fuzzy sets to the integration of purchasing, manufacturing and assembling of production planning decisions with multiple suppliers, multiple components and multiple machines in remanufacturing systems. The developed fuzzy multi-objective linear programming model (FMOLP) simultaneously minimizes total costs, total $text{CO}_2$ emissions and total lead time with reference to cus...

Coordination Approach to Find Best Defense Decision with Multiple Possibilities among Robocup Soccer Simulation Team

In 2D Soccer Simulation league, agents will decide based on information and data in their model. Effective decisions need to have world model information without any noise and missing data; however, there are few solutions to omit noise in world model data; so we should find efficient ways to reduce the effect of noise when making decisions. In this article we evaluate some simple solutions whe...

Supervised Multi-Agent Exploration Of Unknown Environments

Exploration is a central issue for autonomous agents which must carry out navigation tasks in environments whose detailed description is not known a priori. In our approach the environment is described, from a symbolic point of view, by means of a graph; clustering techniques allow for further levels of abstraction to be defined, leading to a multilayered representation. In this work we propose...

Intermediation, The Stock Market and Intergenerational Transfers XII ISER Workshop on General Equilibrium: Problems, Prospects and Alternatives

Roughly speaking there are two classes of general equilibrium models which explicitly recognize that the future is open ended: the ̄rst, simplest and most idealized, views agents as being in ̄nitely lived|they are all permanently on stage together. With a complete set of markets such an economy leads to an e±cient outcome: in essence all contingencies can be traded out at an initial date and the ...

Can a core outcome set improve the quality of systematic reviews? – a survey of the Co-ordinating Editors of Cochrane review groups

BACKGROUND Missing outcome data or the inconsistent reporting of outcome data in clinical research can affect the quality of evidence within a systematic review. A potential solution is an agreed standardized set of outcomes known as a core outcome set (COS) to be measured in all studies for a specific condition. We investigated the amount of missing patient data for primary outcomes in Cochran...
